Strawberry Daiquri Cake

From Katie Boyd & Colleen Taylor

Combine and beat 2 minutes. Pour into greased 9x13 pan and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
  • 3/4 cup bottled strawberry daiquri mix (non-alcoholic)
  • 1 white cake mix
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup water
Cool 1 hour then top with mixed:
  • 8 oz tub Cool Whip
  • 1 Tbs grated lime zest
  • juice of 1/2 lime
Garnish with lime and strawberry slices
