Potsticker Soup

Simmer together at least 15 minutes:
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 2 Tbs soy sauce
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp spicy Chinese mustard (dry)
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • dash black pepper
Then add ingredients below and simmer 15 minutes
  • 15 frozen potstickers (I get them at Costco or Trader Joes)
  • 1 cup frozen carrots and peas
  • 1 can sliced bamboo shoots
Serve with sliced green onions.
