1 pound ground pork
2 Tbs grated ginger
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups red cabbage, shredded
3 Tbs rice wine vinegar
2 Tbs sugar
1 Tbs fish sauce
3 Tbs soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
1 bunch green onions, sliced
5 Tbs fresh mint, chopped
1/2 cup mayo
2 Tbs chili crunch
4 burger buns, toasted
For burgers, mix together 2 Tbs soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1/2 of scallions, 3 Tbs mint, ginger, garlic, & pork in a large bowl. Shape into 4 burgers
For slaw, whisk together remaining soy sauce, sesame oil, scallions, & mint w vinegar, fish sauce, & sugar. Stir in canbage
For mayo, stir together mayo & chili crisp
Grill or pan fry burgers until cooked through
Top buns w burgers, mayo, & slaw.
