Pad See Ew

 2 Tbs dark soy sauce

1 Tbs fish sauce

1 Tbs oyster sauce

2 Tbs sugar

1 tsp tamarind sauce (optional)

3 chicken breasts, thinly sliced

1 Tbs soy sauce

1Tbs minced ginger

10 Oz rice flake noodles, prepared according to package directions

4 Tbs oil (we use avocado)

4 minced garlic cloves

2 eggs, beaten

1 bundle broccolini, chopped


Combine dark soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and tamarind in a small bowl

Marinate chicken in soy sauce & ginger

Heat 2 Tbs oil in a wok or very large skillet. Sauté the chicken until fully cooked. Set aside

Add additional 2 Tbs of oil to pan. Sauté garlic for 30 seconds, then add egg & scramble. Add broccoli & sauté another 2-3 minutes. 

Add noodles & sauce to pan. Stir everything, then sauté another 5 minutes to allow caramelization. Add chicken, stir again, & serve.
