A Gracie Original
1 sleeve Thin Mints (or mint Oreos would do in a pinch)
2 Tbs butter, melted
1 box instant chocolate pudding
3 cups milk
1 jar marshmallow fluff
Crush cookies in a blender/food processor. Mix in melted butter. Press into a pie pan & put in freezer
Whisk chocolate pudding mix with milk until it begins to stiffen. Pour into pie crust & freeze for at least one hour.
When ready to serve, top pie with marshmallow fluff. If you have it, toast the fluff with a torch to make it extra yummy.
