1 large bunch asparagus, washed and tough ends trimmed
1 Tbs olive oil
1 Tbs honey
1 lemon, zested then thinly sliced
S&P to taste
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, toss asparagus with olive oil, honey, lemon zest, and salt & pepper. On a greased baking sheet, place sliced lemons then asparagus. Bake until tender (12-15 minutes)
