Mom's Oil Pie Crust

For 2 crusts:
2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup oil
5 Tbs ICE water

Whisk together flour and salt, add oil and whisk til crumbly pea sized crumbs
Barely stir in water.  Chill for 2 hours
Divide dough in half.
Roll out dough between 2 sheets wax paper
Fill crusts and bake per filled pie recipe or prick bottom crust with fork and bake unfilled shell at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes until done

1 crust:
1 1/3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup oil
3 Tbs ICE water
