Crockpot Pasta bake

1 bag of frozen/refrigerated tortellini/ravioli (we really like the mushroom ravioli from safeway)
4 cups fresh spinach
2 cans diced tomatoes, not drained 
1 clove garlic, minced
 1 Tbs Italian seasoning
2 cups or chicken broth
8 oz neufchatel cream cheese
1 lb. chicken sausage

Brown the sausage and put all ingredients in crockpot,
chunking up the cream cheese.
Cook on low for 5-6 hrs.
