1 fresh whole Cauliflower
1 oz white cheddar cheese, shredded
Sliced green onions or dried onions (desired amount)
1-2 teaspoons of minced garlic
1-2 teaspoons of minced garlic
2 Tablespoons of butter, cut into small pieces
1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese or desired amount
Salt and Pepper
Dried parsley flakes
Directions
.Cut Cauliflower into chunks.
sprinkle butter into bottom of baking dish. Add cauliflower. Sprinkle minced garlic, onion and parsley flakes, and cheeses on top. Season with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes and keep checking until desired brown on top. You want it to be perfectly tender and not crunchy. If it is still crunchy put it back in.
