Celery Salad with Blue Cheese

This sounds like it would be SO good with a grilled steak

1 Tbs apple cider vinegar
1 tsp dijon mustard
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup olive oil
1 bunch of celery (with leaves), in 1/4 inch slices
3/4 cup walnuts, chopped
3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese

Whisk together vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper, and olive oil in a small bowl.
Mix together celery, nuts, and blue cheese in a large salad bowl. Toss with dressing.
