Bok Choy Chicken salad

1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
1 Tbs tahini
2 Tbs olive oil
1 tsp sesame oil
1 Tbs white sugar
2 tablespoon soy sauce
shake of crushed red pepper
1/3 cup chopped or sliced almonds
1 package ramen noodle pasta, crushed
1 medium head bok choy, chopped like coleslaw
3 green onions or green garlic, diced
6 sliced radishes
1 pound shredded cooked chicken (supermarket rotisserie works great)
Directions

In a small bowl, whisk together first 8 ingredients. Set aside.

Toss remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Pour dressing over top; toss to coat. Best if it chills in fridge for 15 minutes or so.
