Katie's Salmon Glaze

Easy salmon glaze: marinade in maple syrup, soy sauce (just enough to make the syrup runny), and crushed red pepper (we used chile powder since the beach house didn't have crushed red pepper). Keep basting the fish with the marinade as it grills (makes a yummy shell on it) ~ Keith did a great job. Enjoy! :)
