Creamy Cucumber Salad Dressing

1/2 cup cucumber, coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon dill
1/2 teaspoon jalapeno pepper
1 large garlic clove
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3/4 cup yogurt (or, combine yogurt & sour cream)
1 -2 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar (optional)

Combine all of these ingredients in a blender, process for a few seconds and it’s done
