Open Faced Cucumber Dill Sandwiches

  • 1 loaf cocktail rye bread
  • 1 block cream cheese
  • 1 package italian salad dressing (dry)
  • 1 cucumber
  • fresh dill
Mix cream cheese with 1/2 - 3/4 packet dressing mix. Spread onto bread slices. Top with a slice of cuke and dill sprigs.
