Gail's Marinated Flank Steak

From Aunt Nan (from her friend and roommate)

Marinate overnight:
  • 2 flank steaks
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 Tbs honey
  • 2 Tbs white vinegar
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
Grill 8 minutes on each side and slice at a slant.

Reserve Marinade, bring to boil over stove until thickened and serve as sauce.
