Fruit Crisp

Topping: (mix all ingredients together until crumbly)
1 cup flour
1 cup oats
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted

Grease an 8x8 pan and fill with:
Apple -
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 4 cups peeled and chopped apples
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Rhubarb -
  • 4 cups chopped rhubard
  • 1/2 cup water IF rhubard is fresh not frozen
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes
