Makes 6 blintzes (serves 2)
Filling: beat together cr cheese and sugar then blend in cottage cheese and vanilla
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 1 rounded Tbs sugar
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 3/4 tsp vanilla
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 Tbs oil
- 1 Tbs sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
