Basically just a recipe for a yummy marinade for summer grilled chicken (or pork or shrimp or salmon)
1 orange, zested & juiced
1 lime, zested & juiced
3 Tbs soy sauce
2 Tbs brown sugar
5 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbs ginger paste (or peeled & grated ginger root)
1 Tbs sesame oil
1 Tbs sriracha
Whisk all ingredients well & marinate protein of choice for at least one hour (up to overnight) then discard marinade & grill meat
Great on salad, stir fry, ramen, cold noodle salad, etc.
