Seafood rolls

 Lobster rolls will always be the gold standard, but when it’s not a special occasion, it’s fun to have a less expensive version for a summertime weeknight dinner 

Makes 4-6 sandwiches

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (we love kewpie)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
  • 1 pound seafood of choice (imitation crab meat, shrimp, crab, lobster, chopped into pieces)
  • 4 to 6 sub rolls, buttered & grilled before serving




  • Mix together all of the above ingredients.  Refrigerate for at least 2 hours prior to serving.  Grill rolls just prior to serving
