Chicken Bacon Artichoke Pizza

 Keith’s new favorite-he says he wants it every year for his birthday!  Wonder if we can sub leftover turkey for the chicken….

1 pizza dough

Jarred Alfredo sauce

Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Sun dried tomatoes in oil (these tend to burn, so layer first)

Red pepper flakes & oregano to taste

1 chicken breast, cooked & chopped (rotisserie works great)

Bacon bits

Marinated artichoke hearts, chopped 


Preheat oven to 450*. Top pizza in layers as above. Bake for 25 minutes or until crust is browned & toppings are melted & bubbly. Allow to cool x5 min before slicing-this is a saucy mess otherwise!
