One pizza dough ball
Cornmeal for dusting pizza pan
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup marscarpone or cream cheese
1 Tbs truffle seasoning (or truffle oil)
1 Tbs olive oil (if not using truffle oil)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Crushed red pepper to taste
2 cups baby arugula
4 Oz prosciutto (could sub thinly sliced ham or even bacon crumbles)
Preheat oven to 425 degrees & dust pizza pan with cornmeal
Hand stretch pizza dough to make approx 10 inch pizza & place on pizza pan
Mix ricotta, marscarpone, & truffle seasoning in a bowl & spread over pizza crust. Top with mozzarella cheese, crushed red pepper, & a drizzle of oil Sprinkke arugula over top & bake for 15 minutes (until crust is done & cheese is bubbly
Remove from oven & top with prosciutto slice & enjoy!
