Crispy Savory Dumplings

 1 pound ground meat (we like pork or Turkey)

3 cloves minced garlic

4 green onions, chopped

1/2 cup grated carrots

1/2 cup chopped mushrooms

3 Oz sweet potato/glass noodles

1 tsp brown sugar

1 Tbs soy sauce

1 Tbs fish sauce

1 package wonton wrappers (we like small bite-sized dumplings vs large wrappers that make calzone sized dumplings

Dipping sauce of choice (soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, etc)


Mix together all filling ingredients in a large bowl

Fill each wonton wrapper with about 1 Tbs of filling, wet the edges of the wrapper w a little water, then fold each wrapper in half & crimp the seams (we use a handy dumpling press)

Fry dumplings (we air fry at 350 degrees for about 8 minutes, but you could also oil fry at sane temp/time  

Serve w dipping sauce of choice
