Gracie's Meatball Pie

We made a few substitutions.  Click on link above for original recipe

Ingredients:
9 oz Spaghetti noodles
1 egg

1 Tbs butter, melted
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce
32 frozen bitesized meatballs, thawed
1 can olives, sliced
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

    Heat oven to 350°F. Spray a large, round, high sided casserole dish with cooking spray. Cook and drain spaghetti as directed on package.

    Beat egg and butter in large bowl with fork or wire whisk. Stir in fettuccine and 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese. Spoon mixture into casserole dish, press evenly on bottom and up side of pie plate using back of wooden spoon or rubber spatula.

    Toss spaghetti sauce, meatballs and olives in large bowl. Spoon meatball mixture into fettuccine crust.

    Cover with aluminum foil and bake 45 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella & paremesan cheeses. Bake uncovered about 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
