INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cup oats
- 1 teaspoons baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoons ground cardamom, more for sprinkling
- 3/4 cup candied ginger
- 1 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 12 tablespoons very soft butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut (or coconut flakes from Trader Joes)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup chopped nuts (pecan are my favorite)
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 large eggs
