Stupid Icebox Pie

  • The original I was given calls for lemon juice, but we like lime (think Key Lime Pie) And topped with fresh berries, it's divine.

  • 1 baked pie shell (graham cracker crust is good too)
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1 container Cool Whip
  • lemon zest for topping and taste (optional)
  • Fresh berries to top (if desired, or can just top with a few dollops of the Cool Whip & some zest)
Instructions
  1. Combine milk and lime juice thoroughly, then blend in Cool Whip.
  2. Pour into the pie shell and top with fresh berries. Chill for about 2 hours.
  3. Ta-Da!
