Stupid Icebox Pie
- The original I was given calls for lemon juice, but we like lime (think Key Lime Pie) And topped with fresh berries, it's divine.

- 1 baked pie shell (graham cracker crust is good too)
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1 container Cool Whip
- lemon zest for topping and taste (optional)
- Fresh berries to top (if desired, or can just top with a few dollops of the Cool Whip & some zest)
Instructions
- Combine milk and lime juice thoroughly, then blend in Cool Whip.
- Pour into the pie shell and top with fresh berries. Chill for about 2 hours.
- Ta-Da!
