8-10 apples, peeled, cored, chopped
1/2 cup water
1/3 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/8 tsp cinnamon
Cook apples & water in slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours.
Add sugars & cinnamon & cook for 30 more minutes.
Mash or blend to desired consistency.
Store in fridge for 1 week or freeze.
