Easy Fruit Cream Pie

Not sure where this recipe originally came from, but it's super easy and flexible. Our favorites are lemon jell-o with raspberries and raspberry yogurt on a graham cracker crust and strawberry or raspberry pie on a chocolate crust.

Ingredients:
1 (3 ounce) package fruit flavored jell-o
1/2 cup boiling water
1 pint fresh fruit of choice (optional)
2 (8 ounce) containers fruit yogurt
1 12 ounce tub Cool Whip, thawed
1 8 inch pie shell (graham cracker or chocolate wafer are best)

Dissolve Jell-o in boiling water in large mixing bowl.
Add yogurt & stir well
Let the mixture cool completely then fold in Cool Whip and fresh fruit, if using.
Quickly spoon filling into pie crust (it sets up quickly)
Freeze for at least 30 minutes before serving
