Ingredients:
1 (3 ounce) package fruit flavored jell-o
1/2 cup boiling water
1 pint fresh fruit of choice (optional)
2 (8 ounce) containers fruit yogurt
1 12 ounce tub Cool Whip, thawed
1 8 inch pie shell (graham cracker or chocolate wafer are best)
Dissolve Jell-o in boiling water in large mixing bowl.
Add yogurt & stir well
Let the mixture cool completely then fold in Cool Whip and fresh fruit, if using.
Quickly spoon filling into pie crust (it sets up quickly)
Freeze for at least 30 minutes before serving
