- 1# ground beef
- 1 1/4 cup oatmeal
- 2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup milk
- 2/3 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
Mix & mold into muffin tins. Top with ketchup (or BBQ sauce) & heart shaped mozzarella slices. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
