Even subbing 1/2 cup of whole wheat flour results in light, fluffy pancakes. A family favorite~plain or with blueberries, chocolate chips, or topped with peanut butter & powdered sugar :)
1 cup flour (can sub in a half cup of whole wheat if desired)
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbs baking powder
2 Tbs sugar
2 Tbs oil
1 egg
1 cup milk
