1 bulb garlic
1 Tbs Olive oil
1 tsp red wine vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
3 oz cream cheese, softened
2 Tbs parmesan cheese
1. Peel outer paper off garlic bulb, but keep bulb whole. Wrap in tin foil with a bit of olive oil and salt and pepper. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Unwrap and allow to cool.
2. Squeeze garlic pulp into a mixing bowl and mash to creamy consistency. Mash in remaining ingredients.
3. We use this as a garlic bread spread~spread on slices of Italian bread. Toast until melted and lightly browned.
~would probably be good with hot noodles too (like buttered noodles, but garlicky)
