Katie's Key Lime Ice Cream

Key Lime Pie Ice Cream (Cooking Light and altered by Katie B)
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup bottled lime juice
1 cup half and half
dash of salt
14oz can sweetened condensed milk (low fat if you can find it)
6 graham crackers (1/3 cup crumbs, plus more to garnish)
lime wedges, to garnish (optional)

Combine first 5 ingredients, stirring with whisk. Pour into ice cream maker, freezing according to manufacturers directions (I did 15-20 min). Stir in crumbs. Serve immediately or freeze in freezer for an additional hour. Garnish with more crumbs and lime wedges if desired. 6 Servings (317 cal/serving)
