Ingredients
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 2 teaspoons water
- 1 cup chopped grilled chicken
- 3/4 cup chopped Braeburn apple (about 1 small)
- 1/3 cup diced celery
- handful chopped cashews
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Preparation
Combine yogurt, spices, and water in a medium bowl, stirring with a whisk until well blended. Add the chicken, chopped apple, celery, and cashews; stir mixture well to combine. Cover and chill.
