Shepherd's Pie

  • 1 package frozen mixed veggies
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1# ground beef, browned
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 Tbs worcestershire sauce
  • 6-8 peeled and diced potatoes
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 6 oz cream cheese
  • 1 tsp each garlic powder and onion salt
  • grated cheddar cheese
  • smoked paprika
Mix veggies, soup, & milk and spoon into 9x13 greased pan.
Mix browned beef, onion, and worcestershire sauce and layer into pan

Topping:
Boil potatoes until soft then drain.
Whip with sour cream, cream cheese, and garlic and onion salt
Dollop over beef and top with cheese and sprinkle of paprika.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours then bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
