Sausage Potato Gratin

  • sliced potatoes (about 4 large)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • pepper or red pepper flakes to taste
  • 1 diced onion, cooked with sausage
  • 1# cooked and drained sausage
  • 1 head steamed kale or broccoli
  • shredded cheddar cheese
In an 8 inch square greased pan, layer 1/2 potatoes, then all of kale, all of sausage& onion, &remaining 1/2 of potatoes. Top with sauce of soup, sour cream, and spices. Top with cheese, cover & bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour, removing cover for last 10 minutes.
