Perfect Hard Boiled Eggs

Carefully place eggs in one layer in saucepan. Add just enough cold water to cover eggs 1 inch. Bring water to boil over medium high heat. Just as water comes to a full rolling boil, cover the pan and remove from heat. Let eggs stand 15 minutes. Carefully drain eggs and cover with cold water.
