Bacon Wrapped Scallops

  • 1# medium scallops
  • 1 can sliced waterchesnuts
  • pickled ginger
  • bacon (cut in half to make 2 short fat strips)
  • teriyaki sauce
Marinade scallops 10 minutes.
Stack chestnut, ginger, then scallop on one slice of bacon
Wrap bacon around and secure with toothpick

Bake at 450 degrees on broiler pan for 15 minutes, turning once at 8 minutes.
