This is also good as "combo pizza" with sausage, mushrooms, onions, green peppers, olives in filling
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 package pepperoni, chopped
1 can diced tomatoes, drained
1 loaf Italian bread, cubed
5 eggs
1 1/4 cups milk
1/2 cup sour cream
3 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
dash red pepper flake
1 cup grated parmesan and mozzarella cheese blend
Spray 13x9 pan with cooking spray
Toss mozzarella, pepperoni, tomatoes, and bread in a large bowl. Arrange evenly in pan
In same bowl, whisk eggs with milk, sour cream, and seasonings.
Pour egg mix over bread and tilt pan to even out the egg mixure and soak all of the bread. Sprinkle cheese mixture over top. Cover with foil and refrigerate at least 3 hours (good overnight for Sunday brunch)
Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 50 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
