Broiled Chicken & Veggies

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 packet McCormick Grill Mates Mesquite Marinade mix
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 cups chopped bell peppers
  • 2 cups quartered mushrooms
  • 1 cup chopped onion
Prepare marinade as directed. Marinate chicken and veggies at least 3 hours

Spread veggies then chicken over roasting pan. Broil about 10 minutes until chicken is done.

Serve with chicken rice a roni
